This study aims to investigate the factors influencing research community participation and open innovation through mediating role of absorptive capacity from lens Resource Based View Dynamic Capability perspectives. on a survey 115 senior engineering faculties three universities in Malaysia, this applies Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) model.
